Good Customer Service
I emailed my family's auto insurance company today to ask for an insurance card. I mentioned that I hadn't been home in a while to get one.
In their reply, not only did they send me the card, but asked if I was renting and recommended that I get renter's insurance for about $15-20 a month.
How observant!? I could only hope to be that helpful to my customers.
