Thumbs up or just okay?

I realized today that buying old chairs and having them reupholstered is not cheap!
It would be cheaper to buy a chair like this brand new.

How do you like this one? Do you think it would look good with our sofa and side tables?

I know it is a lot of TAN but we will use white and a brighter color for everything else!
