Erica wanted to cook our 'go-to' meal today: tuna cakes, creamy-ranch potatoes, & mac-n-cheese. She called me today asking if there would be enough for Christiana and Andy.

In this picture I am making tea because I figure Christiana and Andy would like something other than water to drink. I am also cooking the cornbread muffins that we will later crumble for the tuna cakes.
