In the ditch?

The other day my sister saw this in front of the Jr. High School--in the ditch!

She begged my cousin's husband to go get it so it wouldn't die when the water drained off. 

I told my sister that she was going to be in the news, "Cleveland redneck goes fishing in the ditch."
