Smelly Foods Campaign: Smelly Food #1

I consider it my civic duty to promote Smelly Foods Awareness Month.

Throughout the month you will be educated on foods that should not be cooked, re-heated, or eaten in the workplace. If you have any others to add to the list, please let me know.

We will begin today with cabbage.

Why people eat it: Their momma's made it for them on New Year's Day and Sundays, so now they consider it comfort food. To find comfort during a crazy day, they re-heat their cooked cabbage and eat it at their desk. The best way to recall memories is through smell, therefore the cabbage does the trick every time.

Why people should not eat it at work: The smell lingers for hours after it was been gobbled and swallowed, making people who enter the doors scrunch their noses in disgust.

Solution: Leave the cabbage at home. To find the comfort needed, take a lunch break. Leave your desk for 30 minutes and take a walk outside.
