Nacho Cheese

Tonight is Nacho Night!

A few months ago, while at a baseball game with a new friend, I was eating my messy ballpark nachos and talking too much about how much I loved nachos when he asked me if I prefer real queso or concession cheese.

I consider myself a classy girl (most of the time). But I had to answer honestly and say that I would choose nacho cheese.

The only thing that has changed from when I was a little girl who made mud pies is that I now want peppers on top.
